Oasis Outdoor Solutions Estimate Terms and Conditions

 

1. Validity of Estimate

   - This estimate is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance.

   - Prices and availability of materials and services are subject to change without notice after this period.

 

2. Scope of Work

   - The scope of work includes only the items and services explicitly listed in the estimate.

   - Any additional work or changes requested by the client will be subject to a revised estimate or separate charge.

 

3. Materials and Substitutions

   - All materials specified in the estimate are subject to availability.

   - Oasis Outdoor Solutions reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or greater quality if necessary, with prior client approval.

 

4. Payment Terms

   - A deposit of 30% of the total estimate is required upon acceptance of this estimate.

   - The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.

   - Payment methods accepted include cash, check, and major credit cards.

   - Late payments will incur a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

 

5. Project Schedule

   - The start and completion dates provided are estimates and are subject to change based on weather conditions, material availability, and other unforeseen circumstances.

   - Oasis Outdoor Solutions will make every effort to adhere to the project schedule and will notify the client of any significant delays.

 

6. Permits and Approval

   - The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals required for the project.

   - Oasis Outdoor Solutions can assist in this process for an additional fee, if requested.

 

7. Site Conditions

   - The client must ensure that the work site is accessible and free from obstructions before work commences.

   - Oasis Outdoor Solutions is not responsible for any delays or additional costs incurred due to unforeseen site conditions, including but not limited to underground utilities, tree roots, or debris.

 

8. Insurance and Liability

   - Oasis Outdoor Solutions is fully insured and will provide proof of insurance upon request.

   - The client agrees to hold Oasis Outdoor Solutions harmless from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising from the project, except for those resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct by Oasis Outdoor Solutions.

 

9. Cancellation Policy

   - Cancellations made within 48 hours of project commencement will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the total estimate.

   - Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

 

10. Dispute Resolution

   - Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

 

11. Acceptance of Terms

   - By accepting this estimate, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

   - Acceptance can be communicated via signed agreement, email confirmation, or payment of the deposit.
